That doesn't make the protective order magically disappear. Besides, he was guilty. Courts can't prove who posted something online. He's guilty and he will be back in jail within the next 36 weeks before the protective order expires, don't worry. He's predictable.

A subsequent conviction is a felony per the Code. TJ has a separate misdemeanor stalking charge pending in Prince William County but it is a different subsection of the code and moreover was filed subsequent to his felony violation of a protective order charge.

1. Peep was a minor in 2018 so that wouldn't be public. 2. Statue of limitations on misdemeanors is six months. That was filed after the Fairfax county case. If you had a brain you would be able to connect the dots..

You're the idiot who claims these charges were filed after the Fairfax case yet the court dates are very clear indications of when it happened. The prosecution limitation for most misdemeanors is one year, and there are exceptions.
