Meade pulls the "Everyone Sins. God forgives me." and just stops without doing anything to curtail his sinning ways. "I will pray about it." and completely ignoring the answers to those prayers if you don't like them, is not a very righteous way of living.

The vast majority of blacks are not the criminals, drug addicts and other lowlifes depicted in the song. However, Meade's song presents them as if they were.
That is why the song is racist.
