Holiday bowels

Our bowels hurt. A lot of us. Please be kind to your older relatives during the holidays or anyone with IBS. This is a tough time of year.

Taking a trip today to western Maryland there is a place there called The toasted goat and they serve up some fantastic crab dip. Going to get 60 dollars worth of it. My bowels can handle it!

Just checked in to a motel and there are several take out menus in the room. Looks like I will be ordering Chinese delivery food in a couple hours. Sesame chicken with chicken fried rice and four eggrolls should give my bowels a challenge.
