let me give you ONE possiblility:
1) gophers on set, only a few real witnesses, were orgy related and all agreed to kill the greedy woman controlling their pay. they fired the shot over alec's shoulder
2) alec had a beef with her trying to destroy his last film as an active male - or alec found out she'd stolen ALLOT of money
3) alec found out she had ties with Pelosi, the union, and was working to steal allot of money
4) she killed herself. the crew was not made aware.
i'll wait for ballistics at least
