Decent Sized UFO Sighting in Centreville July 4, 2010

On July 4th at approximately 9 PM I witnessed a series of unearthly explosions in the sky, many of which I believe to be the result of UFOs. They were multicolored and seemed to communicate something. I believe that the aliens aboard sent out a brain-controlling signal that made everyone gather on the golf course and elementary school grounds, presumably to receive the message that the UFO was trying to send out. I didn't get a good view of the UFO itself, but these lights were quite prominent.
Did any body else see them?

Son, what you were seeing are what are commonly referred to as fireworks.
That being said, there was a wave of UFO sightings on July 4th, that were not fireworks. MUFON has hundreds of reports from all over the US that came in of orange lights in the sky that stuck around for sometimes hours. Many were probably chinese lanterns, but some were not, like the ones that moved fast and right angled in the sky, or the ones that held formation.
