And about his father's AMEX, his father probably can't get much new credit (my father in law, who is 87, a retired Doctor with a net worth of over two million, was denied for a new credit card last year) because of his age. AMEX is not a credit card, because you pay in full every month. AMEX makes their money on a higher retail fee and membership fees, mostly, not consumer paid interest. The higher retail fee is why some places that sell inexpensive items don't take American Express.

A lesson I have learned the hard way is when a woman asked you to help her unclip and unzip her dress, run to her and do it as quickly as possible.

Try to sell life advice to people while being a 40 year old virgin surviving on your elderly dads American express card while chasing a childhood career dream that you've been told every day of your adult life to move on from. I will give Meade credit for not giving up and for having some semblance of an entrepreneurial spirit. Imagine what he could accomplish if he applied either of these to something that was actually going to fucking pay him. At minimum, he'd have a condo in Richmond and a decent retirement account.
