My bowels after popcorn

It’s good to be back at the movies. Yet the butter popcorn. It is causing maximum pain. My bowels scream and it’s due to this buttery mess.

I hear ya’. Popcorn is one of my worst enemies. Settles like a softball sized mass of sawdust in the old lower 40.

Drink lots of water if you must imbibe.

there is people with very diseased bowels who have healed them on a juice fast

get you a juicer and grapes and watermelons and get to work holmes

don't juice grapes and watermelons together

juice apples in the fall

juice oranges in the winter

you can do this Hambeast!

just remember, if you do decide to do a juice fast, sometimes its gets worse before it gets better...all that foul sh!t in our bodies isn't going out without a fight
