What is the best treatment for yeast infection?

My groin is starting to smell like feta cheese left in a hot car. Any women on this forum have experience with getting rid of weird smells from your fat folds?

Best thing for a yeast infection you ask? Why baking bread of course. First you have to collect the yeast though.
