Teach him how to use the library and google and apps.
That'll give him an ability to find anything he really needs to know except experience on the job and apprenticeship.

I have no problem footing part of the bill for Meade to go to college. Education is never a wrong move, no matter the age or circumstances. Though Meade has many faults, I think he deserves commendation for actually getting a credential that will pay him a living wage. He will have accomplished something none of the eeshmizlizmegtj camp could ever achieve.
And if we are going to talk of "paying" for Meade's school, each Virginia resident is probably only paying a fraction of a fraction of a penny for Meade to do it. Worthwhile investment in order to keep Meade off the government dole.
