WASHINGTON — For the first time ever, it appears as though a local election in Washington, D.C. has a race where every candidate running is incarcerated.

Neighbors for Justice posted a video with each candidates pitch stating "This video is being made available to inform residents inside the jail and outside the jail as they prepare to vote, for the first time ever, for a commissioner in the June 15."
