When Brown Onion approached me to lead the folks left here, he was correct of the hostility. The blocking and name calling don’t go with the 1st amendment or ethics. You don’t have to like us with bowel health problems, but basic human decency please.

I’m in my 50s. It has been frustrating the past few months as I’m noticing changes, all of which aren’t pleasant.
Large sized bowel movements, straining, and general discomfort. Is there any OTC meds you’d recommend, as I don’t like the I believe it’s cramping as well.
