How will you be celebrating the Juneteenth holiday weekend this year?

Since Juneteenth falls on a Saturday this year it will be observed on Friday June 18th. So we get another nice little 3 day weekend between Memorial day and July 4th. I am thinking about a chicken fry instead of charcoal grilling.
Anybody have any other ideas?
