Short answer, no.

Longer answer is that they try to convince third party hosts to remove adverse information and try to bury the adverse information so that normal searches will put it somewhere past the first page.

Nope, they'll just take your money and write a couple of letters to some webmaster that will never get answered.

Years ago the worst crime a person could commit was selling firearms to the Indians, goes back to Pilgrim and Jamestown folk. Who cares.
