Florida has been open since last summer. Their schools systems have been open since last fall. They never had mask mandates issued by the state. They have passed bills to:

run over protestors if they threaten you
ban critical race theory
forced to show ID and signatures when voting
fine business $5K every time they ask for proof of vaccine
barred state funds to go to any organization that is boycotting the state
forbids mentally ill boys (i.e. trannies) from playing girl sports
refused to allow state's national guard to remain in occupied DC

and are currently pushing through bills to:
ban deplatforming of political speech
constitutional carry

Ron DeSantis is the guy. No silly twitter wars. Doesn't hire people who stab him in the back right out of the gate. Fires people who don't toe the line.

If the future is the Governor sending armed officers into the home of non-violent people to stop them from exercising their Constitutional Right to Free Speech
