I went to 3rd grade in Hennepin County. Had the best teacher of my life there. These criminal payouts sadden me.

I spent only 1 year in English as a Second Language (ESL) in Golden Valley, Minnesota when I first came to this country. The 3rd grade teacher I had in Hennepin County was smart, devoted, kind, attractive, dedicated, loved her students and she got results. I tested out of ESL when I came to Fairfax County in 4th grade. By 8th grade I tested into TJ. And Ivy League university by 12th. Talk about a great ESL teacher that changed my life.

It saddens me that Hennepin County has been paying out and will be paying out these ridiculous multi-million dollar awards to criminal suspects that can’t obey the law. Money that would have gone to wonderful teachers that make life changing differences on their students. It really does make me sad. America really is on the decline. I have no doubt of that.
