How come in all the pictures I see of the new "undocumented visitors" I see they all have on the same pair of socks and shoes?

Is this part of the stuff the welcoming committee (ie Border Patrol) gives them upon arrival ?

it's what the DNC is sending south of the border so the rocket scientists that the DNC says we need don't hurt their feet walking through the desert
