Maybe the real reason for the chroma key deception has nothing to do with the reporter's question and Biden's answer. The scene could have been created to make it look as if the President had been at the White House when he was really somewhere else. Is there any video of him getting off the helicopter with the same people who boarded at the White House?

Very often it is a real anomalous event or events that forms the basis for what becomes a "conspiracy" theory, which is totally wrong. Things really are not always as they appear, but the explanations are usually not correct.
