how do you get rid of stretch marks?

Well thanks for my Lord and Savior, I have lost over 85 lbs. Unfortunately, my skin only had so much give! What can I do? Ive tried using coco butter. It does leave my skin nice and moist, but it doesnt seem to hide the marks any. I really want something other than cosmetic surgery to fix it. Any recommendations?

You can press them out with a hot iron and starch.
