Fairfax Underground
Welcome to Fairfax Underground, a project site designed to improve communication among residents of Fairfax County, VA. Feel free to post anything Northern Virginia residents would find interesting.
I'm going to have to sit back and relish this moment. Interesting. Definitely not smart, but interesting. Did someone email him yet? I hope he's rich, I hope he's got a good lawyer, and I hope he holds a grudge.
Believe me when I say I think you guys are dumber than dirt.
Need to make some popcorn for this one.
My signature: Remember the last time Trumptards tried to give us advice about politics then ended up storming the capitol and tried to overthrow our government? Yeah, no thanks morons.

That kid is 100% zip. Covfefe is gay and the female zip is just his "beard". She was clearly impregnated by another zip, possibly the mailman.

I bet even the kid is smart enough to know that a signature doesn't begin with the words My signature. Any one that does that is really, really stupid.

If you actually think anyone here is dumb enough to end up sued and bankrupted like Basl then you're sadly mistaken. Nobody is that stupid

The dumbest ones and the real losers were the Morenos and their sleazy bankrupt lawyers. The Morenos were butt-hurt because William was being called a pedophile after he posted dozens of sick depraved "fantasies" about sex with babies and children. So they filed a lawsuit claiming William was being "harmed" by a website he was legally banned from and that his own mental health professionals had ordered him to stay away from.
The Morenos actually blamed several users for their woes, not just Basl, and initially tried to sue them all. The Morenos invested several years of their lives in their imbecilic jihad which at least partially contributed to the untimely death of Richard Moreno. They spent over $300,000 and possibly as much as a half million dollars on the lawsuit and investigators. Basl didn't even hire a lawyer and represented himself pro se, spending a "whopping" $306 to file bankruptcy that discharged the lawsuit -- which as it turned out was invalid anyhow because William was not a qualified litigant. Basl's legal accomplishment was significant enough to be written up in textbooks and cited as precedent in other cases. If he ever finishes community college and law school he could leverage that into a career as an attorney.
The Moronos engaged in numerous underhanded and illegal shenanigans during the proceedings and rather than being redeemed they gained infamy as criminals and stalkers themselves. The Morenos lawyers in the Leiser Law Firm were exposed for their sex-and-alcohol excesses, and they themselves ended up going bankrupt with their reputations ruined.
The biggest losers were the lawyers, and they should have known better. No attorney takes this kind of case without payment up front, and $300,000 is not enough to stave off bankruptcy when no other clients will hire you.
