The benefit is that blacks won't be getting any more of this attention/money/prioritization so they can't be getting the way of legit folks going about running the country.
Of course Joe will say repeatedly that negros will get prioritization, but at the end of the day the lobbyists have assured everyone that loopholes in the actual regs will make that impossible.
Lemme give you an example; Biden says blacks get priority and on page 5 of the bill it says blacks get priority. Everyone points that out and the negros applaud and go home. On page 427, it says that no funds shall be disbursed to credit scores below 650 or living in zip codes with economic development scores below a specific threshold. Sorry blacks, you don't qualify.
See how that works?
