Maybe a Republican should stand up in the House and call for the "Impeachment of Joe Biden" just like they did for Trump, Day 2 after the Inauguration.

They did that exact thing to Clinton over whitewater...
The whitewater investigation itself was a bust, but it led to the Monica Lewinsky mess being uncovered.

Trump put in a tough conservative in the SJC. And no way in hell do the Democrats have the votes in the
