"At the time when we received them, my executive producer Justin Welles and I were in Los Angeles preparing to interview Tony Bobulinski about the Bidens' business dealings in China, Ukraine and other countries. So we texted a producer in New York and we asked him to send the documents to us."

Carlson went on to explain that the documents were shipped on Monday afternoon to California with a "large national carrier".

"But the Biden documents never arrived in Los Angeles," he revealed, adding that by Tuesday morning, he had received word from the company that his package had been found opened with “the contents missing." It is unknown why the unnamed producer didn't copy the documents before sending.

Carlson said the company immediately launched an investigation into the incident, searching planes, trucks and interviewing every employee involved in transporting the package.

"But they found nothing," the host added. "Those documents have vanished."

If the story was actually real Fox News would’ve paid for somebody to personally courier the documents right to their studio. Companies do this ALL the time. I had to fly to Denver & back a few years ago just to hand deliver hard copies of a proposal. A $500 plane ticket is worth it, rather than risk missing the deadline because of FedEx screw-up. If Tucker’s stories were true, Fox would’ve probably flown a private jet to go get that stuff.

Fox is reporting there were backups of all of it, so it's not lost. Hopefully, they didn't send the originals and just the copies out to CA.

I have known Tucker for over 20 years, from way back when he was hired at The Weekly Standard. (unknown fact, he once asked out for a date a Democratic spokesperson who minutes earlier devoured him on Crossfire). There are several words that can be used to describe Tucker, "aloof" being the most common, but "compassionate," will never be used by anyone who truly knows him.
