Is it legal to open carry a tile saw in Virginia?

I feel like if i get into a sketchy situation, I can set up my table saw in less than five minutes and if it gets bad, request that the bad guys come over and hold their fingers still and i will push them into the blade.

I hope there is somewhere close by where i can plug in my tile saw. That's kind of an important part of the plan.

You can legally carry anything as long as you don't have :criminal intent". Years ago they would lock you up for possession of "burglary tools". If you carried a crow bar, a sawzall, a screwdriver, lock picks etc., you faced criminal charges if charged.
