I haven't pooped all day

I usually poop 2-3 times a day. I haven't gone at all today and have had a horrible stomach ache for about six hours now.

Usually if I can't go I stick my finger up there and get out the impacted stuff. There was nothing there today.

I have a sharp pain right at my naval and it hurts worse when I stand up/walk. Smoking usually helps me go but it hasn't helped either.

Just thought you all would like to know. Thanks for reading. All replies welcome.

Nevermind. Two hard, solid logs just came out.

I haven't had solid turds in months! Not sure if it's really preferable.
