Modern technologies have become an integral part of the life of not only an individual person, but of the whole society as a whole. Now it is quite difficult to imagine an enterprise that would not use the achievements of modern technological progress.

I think the NiggerWhipper 5000 is definitely top 5. I mean, it would be even better if you swap out the bearings and add a new flywheel but as it is still top 5 for sure.

CRISPR and 3D printing are two of the biggest imo. Both will enable us to live practically forever and will put us in an era of a post scarcity economy where money will be effectively obsolete and will no longer be a source of poverty and exploitation.
