Frivolous charges. Won't make it past the preliminary hearing. I have camera footage of myself at my house when this crime allegedly took place. The person who made the story up will be sued and have criminal charges against them for filing a false police report.

The last post from lizzie was 8/14. The offense date is 8/12. Which means that he most likely received those messages from lizzie herself on that date.
For him to have those charges he would have already had to have had a protective order against him from her before that date.
He would literally be asking to get locked up to post a picture of himself or any of her messages while having a protective order against him from her.
