Throwing Humans out of car = littering?

I know Fairfax takes littering seriously and I have seen people get jail time for it. I was curious if Fairfax gives littering citations for throwing bodies out of cars...thanks.

Listen kid, be smart about this. If you have a body in your car, just bury it in a remote location (like your neighbor's yard) rather than tossing it out the window. If you get caught, your weekend is hosed.
