If they're here legally, they've been getting unemployment PLUS another $600/week so they can still pay rent. That ended yesterday thought. Trump tried to negotiate with Pelosi to keep that going until a longer-term deal was reached, but she rejected the offer. Blame the dems.

Have you applied for a PPP loan? Landlords under certain provisions qualify for them. That should at least help you keep your head above water.

Go by there when they are out and disable the A/C. Then when they call you about having no A/C you can tell them you have no money to fix it because the rent has not been paid. Next week go disable the water heater The week after that go for the refrigerator then the washer. Keep it up till they leave or pay up!
