The lawsuit is IN CALIFORNIA COURTS and is attacking a non-california company CISCO SYSTEMS, who makes USA's telephone company data gear.

CISCO infact invented the modern telephone company (data/IP based rather than analog based), in debt to USA taxpayer for funding it. Chinese are still using that technology without paying copyright and patent fees.

THE CHINESE HAVE ALSO FREQUENTLY BEEN CAUGHT selling flim flam "knock-off" data equipment using "cisco" brand name fraudulently - in the consumer market.
