That's right: so if your nearest strip mall is not in Pennsylvania but you live in Pennsylvania - the Penn. Gov. says he has the right to make coronovirus orders on THE NEIGHBOR'S STATE !!

forget the Constitution, which says your rights (not to free stuff and welfare payments: your legal rights to freely act without government over-reach), follows you around between states
