Why aren't trumps 550 employees protected? By law they deserve 12 weeks PTO, benefits, huge checks, mortgage relief, etc. etc.

It is President Trump's $2.4 Trillion recovery plan right? Why isn't he following it? Why did he fire thousands of people?
