Both the Black Plague and the Spanish Influenza fucked up things pretty badly. Virtually everyone had people they loved die off because of them.
Not really a positive comparison at all. Yes, most people will live but there will be a fuck ton of work ahead for the survivors.
It won't be about who is "Right" or "Wrong", it will be about who is "left".
Absolutely no political overtones meant with 'right' or 'left'. Everyone needs to put away the petty partisan bullshit and try to maximize people living through this.
