Spots to Perform

Hi, guys. I recently started doing some public singing, to earn a little pocket money. I stopped anyways, because I realized I needed the permission of the property owners, first. Which I am waiting on, now.

I do covers of some of my favorite songs, by singing over the karaoke youtube tracks. I do this with a tailgater speaker, laptop(or my phone, sometimes), and Microphone. If I get a busker's or performer's license, what are the places I can perform in, in NOVA and in DC?
