A Judge is not allowed to open a null case.

Chief Justice John Roberts is a fraud for opening a case which has AS MANY LEGS AS A SPIDER WITH ALL OF IT'S LEGS PULLED OFF.

Senator Mitch McConnell has an Acquittal party already planned and booked with an invite list, catering, entertainment, speeches, and jokes.

If that doesn't telegraph what has already been determined for the Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court, and it will be done without witnesses or testimony from the Impeached President of the United States or his staff members directly implicated in the crimes before the court.

Check everyone's calendars and emails through FOIA. Everything you need to know is there. May not change the outcome but it will make a great chapter in the history books if Putin allows them to be printed.

it is true wire-tapping is illegal and a case with suspected wire-tapping might be opened in order to order a phone company to co-operate: a very unusual case involving privilege of having "hands inside the lines" when none are allowed for the very same reason

but in general, cases cannot open without evidence - double not open when the evidence is nationally produced and proves the claims wrong
