Wouldn't be a damn thing anyone could do about it.
In cases where they can't flip the states outright for presidential elections, they can still flip congressional seats within those states.
Targeted states, and states with targeted districts, include North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Arizona, Florida.
If you live in a swing state/swing district, and somebody moves in from CA or NY or WA and seems to have a shitload of new money, you can bet they received a nice check from George Soros. They didn't come to convert you, they didn't come to protest, they just came to change the vote.
In cases where they can't flip the states outright for presidential elections, they can still flip congressional seats within those states.
