Prince William passed it last night. There are half a dozen more municipalities that are going to take it up before the new general assembly takes over. And there are at least 5 others that have deferred until they see what actually gets passed. That would take it up to around 70 before all is said and done if the libcucks keep this shit up.

Zero force of law in those symbolic resolutions so says VA AG however these historic acts are being archived in the basement of Comet Pizza to be added to the State Constitution after Trump refuses to leave office in 2020 and we have the first of many cleansings...

None of this matters. You voted for us. When we pass the laws in 2020 to ban all of your guns, you will be labeled a felon and we will come after you with force from the state and military levels. We will also enlist the help of the armed gangs and other criminals to maintain peace once you have been disarmed.

Libertarian Libtard here. Personally I believe the Constitution specifically defines the right to 'keep and bear arms in a well regulated militia.' I have always taken this as the right to keep any and all arms - firearms, bombs, cannons, rockets, jet fighters, tanks etc. I mean this. But they must be in a 'well regulated militia' not under your bed or in your sock drawer or in your garage.

If you can maintain it, guard and protect it in a militia you should be able to have nukes. That is what the Constitution says. Assault-style weapons in Jr.'s closet NO. High capacity magazines at home NO. Put non-hunting weapons in the militia down the street under lock and key.

My position generally receives scorn from my libtarded and conservatarded friends. Too bad. Read the Constitution.
