I also heard a lot about Trump's obesity situation, and I think it's horrible for a man his age to reach this weight. It's incredibly unhealthy, and while I'm a bit pleased with this as a good citizen of America, as a doctor - I'm not. Trump weighs 244 pounds. At 6 feet, three inches tall, that puts him over the threshold for obesity set by the U.S. National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute. That's why I advise everyone to be more careful with their eating proportions to avoid getting into this situation. I also suggest using a kitchen scale, which teaches you what an actual food serving looks like. BMI is inaccurate also, but for his height that's a fine weight.
