Joe Biden thinks all Americans should own guns with multiple bullets and just randomly shoot them off of the railing of their deck.

How presumptuous of him to think everyone has a deck. What about people living in condos? Should they just shoot the double barrel shotgun with multiple bullets through the drywall?
