Yes, I think if you are still in some way the retard's caretaker or enabler then you do have some responsibility in this regard.

The "guardian" can be held liable as a enabler and provider of internet services.

Back in 2014, I called Sharon on the phone after William was making death threats online. I told her to be a responsible parent and she got enraged. Even two years later at the trial she was talking about how angry it made her for me to say that.

Coincidentally, after I told her that day that William was making threats, when we got off the phone, the threats ceased for months.
