Cars kill people too! Ok, you want guns to be treated like cars...
1) You have to register your gun
2) You have to take a 6 month course on how to operate your gun
3) You have to take test including a shooting range target test.
4) Every year your gun has to inspected
5) You must have full gun insurance for each gun
6) Each gun must have strict safety features
7) Gun manufacturers are responsible and can be sued for deaths
8) Guns that are found to be harmful will be recalled
9) Gun ranges will be closely monitored by police. Any infraction will result in a ticket.
10) Every 4 years you have to renew your gun licenses and prove you are fit to use a gun
