We do need honest self-esteem to be well adjusted in this world. The problem is when we have an inflated perception of who we really are. That is when vanity takes over. This has been manifested in Meade his entire life. The world is full of people who are not as talented as they think they are. Most of them get a clue and a real job long before 40. Meade is still yapping about being in show business.
This inflated ego goes for his looks too. He looks somewhere in his mid-thirties to early forties. But nonetheless, he rails on about how youthful he looks.

Meade's enema video was absolutely hilarious. He was so matter-of-fact in his description of packing his overnight bag -- as if, doesn't everyone carry a supply of enemas with them whenever they leave home? Months later it brings a chuckle just to see the screen capture. Meade can be really funny.
Meade needs to give us more moob flexing, more bunny humping, more funny faces, and more enema discussions. ...And less of the singing which is mediocre at best.

That compliment came either from Meade himself or from his lone female admirer Karen Leiser. Karen is actually a fan of Meade's musical performances and is a musician herself. They would appear to be a good match except that Meade's aversion to any form of sexual act is incompatible with Karen's nymphomania. Karen would also need to put Meade on a diet, something she too could benefit from.

On the contrary, Meade can provide Karen Leiser with a roof over her head. Meade may not own the house but his siblings look out for him and would not kick Meade and the Jewess out even after their father passes.
