Obama promised it

Trump has to pay shipping on tanks and equipment or leave them there for the muslims to salvage

unless Trump is also bluffing

I'm cool with this. We never were willing to do what it takes to win. And with bin Laden dead there's no reason to stay.

Put those troops on the southern border instead.
