The term for referring to oneself in there third person is "Illeism"

Illeism in real life is often a sign of deep rooted psychological and character flaws:
- Stunted intellect
- Personality disorders
- Rampant Egoism and Illusions of Grandeur
- Mental Illness
- Dysfunctional Insecurity
- Blatant Hypocrisy
- Pathological Lying
- Bi-Polar Disorder(s)

These deep rooted flaws may be genetic, environmental, or both, and are also often associated with trauma victims and small children caught in compromising situations where they are deflecting guilt or punishment. In cases of mental illness, these manifestations often first occur in males between the ages of 18-24, and often go un-noticed in terms of getting a proper diagnosis from a mental health professional because the affected person and their family do not seek help. Without professional mental health treatment, these conditions can grow worse over time.

Historical uses of Illeism by known power-hungry mentally ill or defective paranoid insecure losers:

“You don’t have Nixon to kick around anymore because, gentlemen, this is my last press conference,” said Richard Nixon, having just lost California’s gubernatorial election in 1962 (although clearly they hadn’t heard the last of of Richard M. Nixon).

"Trump/Russia story was an excuse used by the Democrats as justification for losing the election. Perhaps Trump just ran a great campaign?" - Donald Trump tweet 11:06 PM 2 May 2017

It would appear that those who absorb and believe these mentally defective illeism users may suffer from similar psychological problems and/or suffered severe trauma themselves.

To answer your question - yes they are probably slobbing Trump's deep rooted psychological and character flawed knob.

"There is a whole lot of talk about Biden and the crime bill," Biden says, referring to himself in the third person, as Biden frequently does.

Goatfuckerer2's illeism is perhaps misunderstood by my many make believe enemies. You won't have Goatfuckerer2 to kick around anymore for cyber-stalking, gay porn, and gifs of him shitting on his own kitchen counter, because this is my last FU post. Perhaps Goatfuckerer2 ran the greatest troll campaign, and everyone else is jealous of me and my greatness.

not normal imagine any previous president or current politician doing this e.g. Nancy Pelosi saying 'Pelosi is a great speaker, no one has done more for USA than Pelosi.' Insane.

Faggot, do you think about anything or anyone other than Goatfuckerer2? You must live a pathetic and sad unemployed life in your mom’s basement.

Why do you refer to him as Trump? He has a name and title. You may refer to him as Donald Trump, Mr. Trump, Mr. President or President Trump. As much as it bothers you, he won the election you prick. I don't give a fuck if you do not respect him, but you have to respect the office he holds and the title that comes with it.
