I note:
(1) look at the Google symbol on the building. Seattle is a corrupt city and is very Microsoft motivated (they should be to every legal extent).
(2) NO WIND. observe the rain drops on the windshield carefully and that trees are still.
(3) the crane collapsed AT THE BASE, not by bending at the top. so this goes on the (rather long) list of seattle construction "we have to do it twice" mishaps list (it was a construction team failure, not an engineering disaster)

How does a blurry photograph depict wind??
