There hasn't been a real word about what happened last night when Meade opened for
'A day without love' last night. Did it even happen at all?

If he doesn't bring it up on the livestream, could someone ask him?

Yes, Meade is good watching. He is pretty professional you might notice; able to fill whatever time he has with interest, no doldrums or missed cues. Not an easy thing to do, to talk continuously like say Johnny Carson or David Letterman with interest. Like a gift. I think Meade appreciates feed backs, you might want to consider saying something constructive.

His singing is amazing. The rest is dull. He just rants about stuff.

The singing was great! I loved Danny Boy! People are just saying this because it's cool to bash Meade's music. Because they don't like him.

But I really feel that the Chinese thing was the highlight.

She took pics of his little weenie and posted them here. That was a good one. Us real old timers remember when eesh posted pics of himself prancing around naked in his bedroom. He denies it, but we remember. We always remember.

The patter song "I got a little list" from 'the Mikado' does contain the "n-word". Even if Meade had a voice that could sing Gilbert and Sullivan, he couldn't pull off the baritone. Kind of sad because he would enjoy it so.... the character Koko is almost as intolerant of others as Meade is...

In this day and age, they change the 'n-word' to 'banjo' and no one seems to care. Sometimes they seem to update the entire lyrics to get around it and some of the other uncomfortable lyrics. In the early days of cd, the record label Telarc recorded it with Mackerras found if they dropped that stanza out, they could fit the whole operetta on one cd.
