I wouldn’t solicit that kind of service without a tor. True story; my family owned 12 properties in Bolivia before the commie Inca eco morales took power and all but two were legally stolen from my family. My father and uncles were so pissed they put a bounty out for them on the dark web. It only took about 10 bitcoins to make sure everyone who stole our property got what was coming to them.
