Asshole single guy owner rents out 2-3 rooms so he always has wetback tenants that have to go to their construction gigs early. Fuckers bang the trash cans at 520 in the morning waking up my family. I get up at 6:10 most days.

I lay in my bed trying to figure a way to get some revenge - suggestions please.

Nope, I’m Gen-X. Bought my first house in 1998 at age 25 in the SF Bay Area. That house more than doubled in less than 5 years.

Nope, I live in FFX now. My HOA shovels snow automatically, but my OCD white neighbors always starts before the Hispanics arrive.

I can suggest many options to mitigate the noise such as ear plugs, white noise, or even asking them if they can be a little bit quieter if they are getting up so early. In any case, you should realize that situations do change and it is likely this problem with take care of itself in time.

1. I wear ear plugs they woke me anyway
2. I cannot ask them they do not speak English and my Spanish is weak
3. This has been happening since 2012 when we bought the house.

By 8am they have already picked up the regular trash, recyclables, yard debris, and if you’ve order a special pickup, they will get that too.

If you can’t communicate directly with them, use fiver or a similar service to translate a polite note into Spanish. Leave it in their mailbox. If that doesn’t work, contact the owner of the property. There are also noise ordinances that might apply in this situation, but I don’t know how seriously your complaint would be taken.

It would help if you would reframe your mindset. You should be trying to resolve the problem, not looking for revenge on your neighbors - who probably don’t even realize they are bothering you.
