Northern Virginia has killed the state. Stay here and suck as much money and resources as you can out of this shithole and then flee South or West. The libfags think they're going to have some sort of leftie commie paradise here. Without a white middle class, all they'll have is gated communities surrounded by nigs, spics and muzzies. Look at Montgomery County or Seattle for examples of Fairfax's future.

How does referring a criminal defendant for a psych evaluation when there is information suggesting the defendant's psychological condition may be relevant signal that Virginia has turned blue. If there is evidence to support the idea the defendant has psych issues you can bet the defense will use them to try to delay the trial, the defense will use them as a defense at trial and the defense will use them to mitigate punishment. If the court didn't let the issue be properly investigated and used then the defense will also use it on appeal. The judge is simply doing his job so that the prosecutor as well as defense counsel can do theirs, and so the jury will have all the relevant admissible evidence available to consider when deciding guilt or determining punishment.

Because a Deep Red State would have that baby killer locked up ASAP.
The 2nd article has less to do with being a blue state. But the first one looks like we're going soft on crime.
