I would rather continue to support myself and my family than emulate Meade.

In fact, it is the real meade - he really is just as odd as his vlogs would suggest.
I have even diagnosed the problem. He ceased maturing when his mother passed away; unable to contend with reality, he hunkered down into a childhood fantasy world in which he avoided having to grow up and move on into adulthood without his mother. Thus, he is perpetually twelve years old.
