Showing this kind of weakness and betrayal to allies will cost US lives. It will embolden our enemies (see news on N Korea today) and create conflicts where loss of life is much higher than we had in Syria. Get out of Syria - sure no problem. Do it in a way that is strategic not on a whim without informing Allies, Congress or even your Cabinet.

The US has not claimed any concessions in leaving, and the leaving is not yet final (we have not left: we're still there saying "we will leave soon" which is not the same as leaving).
